Beggrov Alexander
Alexander Beggrov (1841-1914) was Russian painter. Served in marine, accompanied the great prince Aleksey Alexandrovich during the circumnavigation. Alexander Beggrov was the constant participant of the exhibitions of the Association of Traveling Art Exhibitions (the Itinerants group). The main themes of his paintings were views of the Saint Petersburg, harbors and capital ships. The paintings of Alexander Beggrov can be found in the State Tretyakov Gallery and the Museum of the Alexander III.
